Email me and let me know what you'd like!  I'll send you an email back within 24 - 48 hours that will link you to a PayPal invoice on a secure site.*  Why PayPal?  I've been using it myself to buy items online for quite a while.  As a buying client, it's free to use, and they use SSL technology to keep your financial information safe.  These days, it's best if as few people as possible have your credit card or bank routing numbers; as a merchant using PayPal to collect payment, I never see this information.  To find out more, visit PayPal's website.

Tax

Items shipped to a South Carolina address will be charged local sales tax.

Shipping

Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of payment through PayPal.

Items are sent via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation.  Shipping & handling charges for addresses within the continental US are $4.95 for the first item plus $1.00 for each additional item.

Currently, I am not shipping to addresses outside of the continental US.

Returns

I want folks to LOVE their jewelry; I will gladly exchange or return an item you purchase from me.  Return the item in its original condition and packaging within 7 days of receipt.  When I receive the item, I'll either exchange it (crediting or charging you for any price difference) or credit your PayPal account for the item outright.*  For exchanges, please email me to ensure availability of the desired item.  If it is available, I will put it on hold for you until your return arrives.

*The original shipping & handling fee is not reimbursable.

Guarantee

If an item you purchase from me breaks within 45 days due to a defect in my craftwork, I will repair it free of charge.*  Carefully gather all pieces (some of the beautiful findings and gemstone beads I use are one-time finds, and as such are not always replaceable), package the item securely, and send it with delivery confirmation.

*This guarantee extends only to jewelry that has not been run over, put through a garbage disposal, used as a swinging vine, or generally abused.

Wholesale information

I'm passionate about supporting small businesses and loyal to the stores who support me, so I prefer to make my pieces available to only one small shop (or possibly  two, if they carry dissimilar items or styles) within a community.  If you are interested in carrying Wire Maiden jewelry in your store, email me.

Okay, so it's just me... and Betty the bust, enthusiastic friends, family, and not-so-strangers.  I'm a WAHM (work at home mom) and choose to make jewelry because playing with pretty stones, shells, and trinkets makes me happy.  Since I thoroughly enjoy my time at my workbench, I like to think that these happy thoughts are an essential component in every piece of jewelry I make.*

*Miyu the cat is my most avid supporter and frequently perches nearby to watch what I'm doing.  So if you are insanely allergic to cats, be warned.  Some invisible bit of feline mystery may inadvertently be wrought into the jewelry as well.
